1.Vacuum hot press machine is high temperature hot pressing laminating machine. Semi-automatic and full-automatic operation type. This experimental high temperature vacuum hot press machine is mainly used in research, samples and other experiments; hot press molding under high temperature and high vacuum conditions.
2.The structure of vacuum hot press is made of fixed steel material, supplemented by precise design and fully welded skeleton, which can operate under the complicated conditions of high temperature and high pressure.
3.The furnace body of the vacuum hot press is a vertical furnace shell, the inner layer is made of stainless steel cylinder, and the outer layer is carbon steel
The vacuum system is composed of oil diffusion pump, Roots pump, equipped with electromagnetic pressure difference valve, inflatable valve, deflatable valve, vacuum butterfly valve, vacuum pressure gauge corrugated by the tube, vacuum piping and bracket and so on.
Hydraulic system adopts electric input method. Hydraulic station is equipped with imported proportional valves, pressure sensors, displacement display using a scale. The instrument can be set to adjust the pressure automatically and voltage stabilization and pressure maintenance can be achieved.
The water cooling system consists of various valves and piping related devices, and is equipped with a water cut-off sound and light alarm, which can automatically cut off the heating source or function.
The temperature control system adopts thyristor to control the temperature, equipped with PID function instrument, digital display, with over-temperature sound and light alarm function, PLC touch screen can also be automatically controlled, and retain the historical data, convenient to analyze the sintering process.
The filling system consists of various pipes and valves, and is equipped with electromagnetic bleeder valve and pressure sensor. It will automatically deflate when the pressure in the furnace is higher than the safety value. There is a needle valve on the filling pipe to control the filling volume.
4.Vacuum hot presses operate in manual and automatic control modes of operation. In manual mode, spot adjustments can be made for mold debugging and pressure testing; in automatic mode, semi-automatic processing of products can be performed.
